Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist to provide in-person psychotherapy to residents in geriatric facilities across NJ. You'll join a clinician-led team with strong facility collaboration, earning up to $125,000 annually plus a sign-on bonus up to $8,000 for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy. D.) in Clinical Psychology.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.
• Ability to walk, stand, and move between patient rooms and offices within the facility.
• Full vaccination and booster status may be required in some facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
