Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is hiring Licensed Professional Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy to residents in skilled nursing facilities across NJ, NY, PA, and MD. This clinician-owned firm handles billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications to let you focus on care.

We offer full-time roles with 32- or 40-hour weeks, competitive salaries ($56k-$90k), a sign-on bonus up to $6,000, comprehensive benefits, CEU reimbursement, and ongoing clinical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the applicable state.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
• Strong organizational and regulatory compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in SNF or subacute settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional/behavioral conditions.
• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families to support care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EHR system.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
