Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking Licensed Professional Counselors to provide in-person psychotherapy for the geriatric population within skilled nursing facilities in New Jersey.

We handle billing, credentialing, and pre-certifications, offering a work-life balance, sign-on bonus up to $6,000 for full-time roles, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LPC license in the State applying for.
• Excellent English communication, both oral and written.
• Ability to provide in-person psychotherapy at SNF facilities.
• Proficiency with EHR and regulatory documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy in subacute/long-term care settings.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional/behavioral conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
