Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC is seeking a licensed clinical psychologist to provide in-person psychotherapy to geriatric residents in subacute and skilled nursing facilities. You will collaborate with facility staff, assess and treat emotional and behavioral conditions, and implement evidence-based plans to improve mood and functioning.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Psychologist in the state of practice.
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written).
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR).
• Ability to provide in-person services at facilities, up to 45 minutes.
• Ability to move between patient rooms and offices within facilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in subacute or skilled nursing facilities.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per regulatory standards using our EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
