Job summary

Oak Street Health in Indianapolis is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver equitable, value-based healthcare to local Medicare populations. You will join a neighborhood primary care center supported by a large care team, focusing on quality of care and preventive medicine rather than volume of services.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO required for medical practice.
  • Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (or board-eligible).
  • Active, non-probationary State License required.
  • Active DEA license required.
  • US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose patients at our local clinics.
  • Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
  • Prescribe and administer pharmaceutical treatments and medication.
  • Maintain Patient Electronic Medical Record data.
  • Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
  • Work with Practice Managers to direct and manage the center care team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
