Qualifications

• Virginia medical license required.
• DEA license required.
• 2+ years of relevant clinical practice experience.
• Board certification in geriatrics, internal medicine, or family medicine preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality complex geriatric care.
• Engage with facility leadership, other providers, patients and families.
• Supervise nurse practitioners.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers as needed.
• Participate in the on-call schedule.
• Attend trainings and meetings as required.
