Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care in skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinically, mentor APPs, and champion residents’ needs while enjoying a rare level of autonomy and scheduling flexibility.

This role requires travel between assigned facilities and offers Full-Time or Part-Time schedules with supportive onboarding and value-based care goals.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the employing state.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounding (min once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor the team to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health’s mission in the communities served.
