Job summary

Curana Health is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will lead clinically, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying a rare level of autonomy and a flexible schedule.

Full-Time or Part-Time schedules available, with travel to multiple facilities. You will be supported by onboarding, CME, leadership development, and a modern technology stack to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Collaborate with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits with adherence to clinical standards.
• Mentor APPs and elevate care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health7s mission in communities served.
• Travel to and from assigned facilities as required.
