Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a physician to provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will serve as a trusted clinical leader for patients and mentor APPs while enjoying a flexible and autonomous practice environment.

The role requires travel to assigned facilities; you will collaborate with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits, and you will champion Curana Health's mission in diverse communities.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Serve as a clinical leader for patients and mentor APPs.
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory and complex visits and ensure clinical excellence.
• Oversee APP performance to elevate care delivery across the team.
• Drive improvements in patient outcomes by closing quality gaps.
• Represent Curana Health's mission and values as a clinical leader.
