Job summary

Curana Health is seeking physicians to join our mission-driven team delivering high-quality, patient-centered geriatric care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities. You will have autonomy over your schedule, manage your patient flow, and lead a team of APPs.

This role offers flexible full- or part-time schedules, strong clinical support, and a data-driven environment with value-based care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment.
• Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems.
• Compassionate, motivated, and a strong collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and conduct routine rounds (minimum once per week).
• Partner with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage regulatory and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader and ambassador.
