Curana Health is seeking a physician to join our mission-driven team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.

You'll lead clinical care, mentor APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying the autonomy to shape your schedule and patient flow. Travel to assigned facilities is required, with a flexible Full-Time or Part-Time arrangement.

Qualifications

• MD or DO doctorate from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted medical license in the state of employment and active DEA license.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong collaboration skills.
• Compassionate, motivated and able to work with interprofessional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Partner with APPs to manage regulatory needs and complex patient visits.
• Oversee APP performance and mentor team members to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and advocate for residents in the communities served.
