Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a physician to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities in a flexible, mission-driven role.

You will lead clinical care with autonomy, mentor APPs, and champion residents’ needs while enjoying modern tools, data-driven insights, and supportive onboarding. This position offers Full-Time or Part-Time schedules in a value-based care model.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
• Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment; Active DEA License.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; compassionate, motivated, and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Provide history and physicals on new patients and weekly rounds.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) to manage complex visits.
• Mentor APPs and elevate care delivery across the team.
• Close quality gaps and drive improvements in patient outcomes.
• Advocate for patients and represent Curana Health's mission in communities.
