Job summary
AlignMed Partners seeks a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Gettysburg Center. The role offers a base salary of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, plus a no-cap incentive program. Ideal candidates include NPs with geriatrics focus or family NP; PAs must have ARC-PA education and PA licensure.
Expect 40 hours weekly with no on-call or weekend requirements. Applicants should be licensed RNs, with NP or PA credentials and state licensure.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing School; RN licensed; NP certification with MSN and focus on Older Adult and/or Family NP.
- PA candidate must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and pass PANCE for PAC designation.
- State licensure and certification required for practice in respective states.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
- Collaborate with center leadership to align goals and priorities for patient care.
- Work on-site with the Medical Director/Attending physicians for patient care decisions.
