Job summary
AlignMed Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider for our Laureldale, PA skilled nursing center. The role may be filled by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 1 year of provider experience and a strong geriatric focus.
The base salary ranges from $114,400 to $124,800 per year, plus a no-cap incentive compensation program. You will collaborate with center leadership and medical directors to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a post-acute setting.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as an RN; MSN with Older Adult or Family NP concentration required.
- PA: ARC-PA accredited program, PANCE, PA licensure, NCCPA certification.
- Minimum two years of experience with adult/geriatric population; DEA licensure where applicable; cross-state permissions as required.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership to meet goals and priorities.
- Coordinate with Medical Director/Attending Physician for patient care.
