Job summary
AlignMed Partners seeks an Advanced Practice Provider at our Gettysburg Center in Gettysburg, PA. The role can be filled by a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; new grad NPs are welcome, but this does not support a new grad PA.
Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 per year with a no-cap incentive bonus program. The AP Provider delivers primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, collaborates with the Center Leadership and Medical Director, and supports high-quality care
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
- Certified Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing (Older Adult/Family NP) preferred.
- PA must graduate from ARC-PA accredited program and hold PA license with NCCPA certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate on-site with Center Leadership and Medical Director for patient care.
- Coordinate with other clinicians to deliver high-quality health care and compassionate service.
