Job summary
AlignMed Partners in Seaford, DE is seeking a Full Time Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to deliver primary and urgent care to nursing center residents. On-site collaboration with leadership and medical staff is required; no on-call or weekend shifts.
The position offers a base salary of $118,560 to $124,800 per year plus a no-cap incentive program and relocation assistance. A Master’s in Nursing, NP or PA licensure and geriatric experience are preferred.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; licensed RN and NP PA credentials.
- NP/PA must hold applicable state license and DEA for practice.
- Minimum 2 years experience with adults/geriatric population preferred.
- No on-call or weekend requirements as per posting.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents on-site.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director on patient care.
