Job summary

Parkway Health and Rehabilitation Center in Boston is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and provide skilled PT to improve mobility and independence.

Work alongside PTAs, nurses, physicians, and other professionals to support progress, ensure safety, and enhance quality of life through evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program and MA licensure.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in geriatric/subacute rehab preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled PT interventions to improve mobility and independence.
• Collaborate with PTAs, nursing, and physicians on care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in discharge planning.
