HealthPro Heritage in the Boston area seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and educate residents across Laurel Ridge Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Jamaica Plain and Presentation Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Brighton. You will assess mobility, develop evidence-based plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize function and independence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license-eligible.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills; able to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other treatments to improve function and reduce pain; educate patients and families on home routines and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings.
