AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Physical Therapist for the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on evaluating mobility issues and creating individualized care plans to restore function, improve mobility and reduce pain.

The ideal candidate holds a CA PT license, at least 1 year of geriatric experience, and a valid BLS certification. Bilingual skills are preferred and the position is in person with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with geriatric and disabled populations.
• BLS certification or higher required.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate mobility dysfunction and develop care plans tailored to individual goals.
• Provide high quality therapy to restore function, improve mobility and relieve pain.
• Help patients prevent permanent physical disabilities and promote overall health.
