Job summary

Mercy Health Center is seeking a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to assess and design individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients under supervision. The role includes supervising staff and ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards.

Preferred experience includes six months to one year in rehabilitation settings with care for adult and geriatric populations; current Oklahoma PT license is required and BLS certification must be current prior to independent patient care.

Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license to practice Physical Therapy.
• BLS certification required before independent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment programs for adult and geriatric patients.
• Provide direct supervision to patients and indirect supervision to rehabilitation technicians.
• Supervise PT assistants as per applicable licensure and rules.
