Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.

You will evaluate and treat adults and older adults, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress while coordinating with caregivers and nursing staff to drive meaningful outcomes and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Missouri or eligible for licensure
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and provide personalized physical therapy treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans focused on long-term goals
• Deliver hands-on therapy interventions to support recovery and endurance in older adults
• Help patients restore functional mobility and safely perform daily activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to drive outcomes
• Track progress, document clinical notes, and adapt plans as needed
