Bethesda Health Group in Belleville, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services to geriatric patients, evaluate and plan treatment, and progress patients toward functional goals. You will coordinate programs, document within timelines, and supervise aides as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree from an accredited Physical Therapy curriculum.
• Current State License.
• CPR certified, or willing to obtain within six months of employment.
• One to two years of experience with geriatrics preferred.
• Qualified new graduates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Physical Therapy services to provide goal-directed activities for improved function.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement the treatment program.
• Obtain information from initial evaluation to establish goals and monitor progress.
• Educate caretakers and coordinate discharge planning as needed.
• Perform administrative duties and complete documentation within designated timeframes.
• Supervise aides and assist with orientation of staff or students requiring mobility training.
