Job summary

Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our therapist-led team, splitting time between Bethany at Silver Lake and Everett Transitional Care Services. You will evaluate and treat geriatric residents, design care plans, and collaborate with facility staff.

You will supervise at least one PTA, mentor colleagues, and contribute to ethical, evidence-based care in a therapist-owned practice that puts therapists first.

Qualifications

• A licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible) in the state of Washington.
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and a heart for the elderly.
• Organized, self-directed, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
• Prior SNF or geriatric care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and deliver patient-centered treatment for geriatric residents.
• Design and adjust care plans to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with facility staff and IDT members to support overall patient care.
• Supervise at least one PTA, providing guidance and mentorship.
