Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree in physical therapy assistant program.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Experience in the therapeutic care of the older adult across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic physical therapy to residents across daily living settings.
• Deliver day-to-day physical therapy treatments meeting residents’ needs.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, and company policies and procedures.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to address residents’ needs.
