Qualifications

• Must be a MD or DO graduate.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or board eligible.
• Active, unrestricted State License.
• Active DEA license.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose patients at local clinics.
• Oversee, direct, and administer primary care.
• Prescribe and manage medications.
• Maintain EMR data via canopy and Greenway.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet health quality goals.
• Work with Practice Managers to direct the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
