Qualifications

• Geriatric experience required for adults 55+.
• Oregon medical license active; OR only.
• Board certification or eligibility; DEA and BLS required.
• Experience in outpatient clinic settings with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsabilités

• See 4–6 patient encounters per shift.
• Provide in-clinic visits and off-site community visits to residences.
• Drive to patient locations with a supervising nurse.
• Collaborate within an 11-person interdisciplinary care team.
