Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and licensed as a registered nurse.
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner or a Physician Assistant.
- Minimum of two years experience with adult or geriatric population preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
- Collaborate with Center Leadership for achieving healthcare goals.
- Report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or Area Clinical Practice Manager.
