Job summary

AlignMed Partners in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to deliver primary and urgent care to residents of our Uptown Rehabilitation Center. This 40-hour-per-week role offers a base salary plus an incentive compensation plan.

New grads are welcome; licença requirements include NP or PA licensure and a focus on older adult/family practice. Relocation support and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and RN licensed; NP with MSN and Older Adult or Family NP concentration.
• PA must be ARC-PA accredited with PANCE; PA license and DEA required.
• Minimum two years experience with adult/geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership and Medical Director to meet organizational goals.
