Qualifications

• AP Provider must be graduate from an accredited nursing program and licensed as RN.
• Certified as NP or PA with appropriate state licensure and board certification.
• Minimum two years experience with adult/geriatric population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care to nursing center residents.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director, and Attending Physician to deliver care.
