Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive/ADL disorders and develop care plans.
• Use standardized assessments and evidence-based practice in interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled therapy per regulatory standards.
• Administer ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities.
• Track progress and adjust treatments in clinical records.
