Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in Humboldt, NE, delivering high-quality OT care in a skilled nursing facility setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, supervise COTAs, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. A current OT license and experience with geriatric populations are preferred, with a sign-on bonus available.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active OT license in the state of practice.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Medicare billing practices advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
