Job summary

Cornerstone Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality patient care to adults and seniors in diverse settings. You will join a team of clinical professionals and support your ongoing professional development within a clinician-owned organization.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $2,500 for full-time hires, PRN is also available, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and more.

Qualifications

• Valid OT license and credentials.
• SNF and/or acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
• Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Establish a plan of care in accordance with the patients' needs and capabilities.
• Travel to nearby centers as needed.
