Key Rehab is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our Humboldt, NE team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to reach patient goals.

The role includes flexible scheduling and supervising COTAs, with a strong emphasis on ethical conduct and compliance with Medicare billing rules. A sign-on bonus up to $5,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program with active OT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Code of Ethical Conduct and regulations.
