Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the applicable state(s).
• NBCOT certification preferred or required.
• BLS for healthcare providers required or within 60 days of employment.
• Valid driver's license may be required for home health visits.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients/patients/residents and design occupational therapy treatments.
• Help clients develop, maintain and recover daily living activities.
• Evaluate physical, cognitive, developmental and psychosocial abilities; set goals and modify plans.
• Document evaluations and treatment plans per department guidelines.
