Good Samaritan in Auburn, NE is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN, day-shift position serving diverse senior care needs across post-acute, long-term, and home health settings.

You will assess patients and design personalized OT treatments, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to optimize functional outcomes while maintaining regulatory compliance. New grads welcome; flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in state(s) of practice as Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification preferred for Sanford Health facilities.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• BLS for health care providers required or within first 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients/patients/residents and design occupational therapy treatments.
• Perform evaluations and provide interventions for functional, cognitive or psychosocial impairments.
• Document evaluations and establish therapeutic plans; modify as needed.
• Interact with providers, case managers, families, and others to ensure quality care.
