Job summary

Good Samaritan Beatrice is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a compassionate, nonprofit team dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life. You will perform therapy activities under supervision, contributing to skilled rehabilitation and long-term care for seniors in a Beatrice facility.

Position is Day shift on a PRN schedule with varied weekly hours; you may participate in home health offerings depending on location needs, with a strong focus on resident well-being

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant in the practicing state(s).
• NBCOT certification preferred for Sanford Health facilities.
• Valid driver's license may be required.
• BLS certification within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with therapy activities and exercises per treatment plan.
• Provide and document therapy services to patients in various settings.
• Communicate outcomes and progress with the supervising OT.
• Adhere to clinical practice guidelines and licensure requirements.
