Good Samaritan in Auburn, Nebraska is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN day-shift role. You will evaluate residents, design and implement therapy plans, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to improve independence and quality of life for seniors.

Licensed OT in the state and BLS certification are required, with NBCOT preferred. The position supports flexible scheduling and a strong culture of patient-centered care in a not-for-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold OT licensure in the practicing state(s).
• NBCOT certification preferred/required where applicable.
• BLS for health care providers required or to be obtained within 60 days of employment.

Responsabilités

• Assess clients/patients/residents and design occupational therapy treatments.
• Perform evaluations and interventions to improve functional abilities.
• Collaborate with nursing, social services, and families for holistic care.
• Document evaluations and outcomes; adjust care plans as needed.
