Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy.
• Preferably in a long-term care or geriatric setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with OT interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for ADLs and mobility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for resident-centered care.
• Document progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate residents and families on home exercises and safety.
