Job summary

Majestic Care of Toledo is seeking an Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement OT services for residents in our Toledo facility. You will focus on ADLs, functional mobility, and independence, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.

The role requires current OT licensure and at least 2 years of geriatric experience, with a commitment to compassionate care and ongoing professional development within a regulated long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in geriatric OT or long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans.
• Improve ADLs and functional mobility to promote independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver resident-centered care.
• Educate residents and families on home programs and safety.
• Maintain timely documentation and compliance with policies.
