Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Pompano Beach, FL is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient geriatric therapy in an assisted living community. This PRN role offers flexible assignments, autonomy, and a collaborative team that supports high-quality care.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled treatments under the plan of care, documenting accurately, and coordinating with physicians and families to maintain patients’ functional independence.

Qualifications

• Active Florida COTA license is required.
• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Implement interventions to improve functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
