Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for PRN work in a Florida assisted living community in Heathrow. The clinician will provide outpatient OT services to older adults, helping them maintain independence and quality of life with geriatric-focused care.

The PRN position offers flexible assignments, autonomy in scheduling, and competitive compensation, with collaboration from a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
