Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab is seeking a compassionate, licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient geriatric therapy in an assisted living setting in Jupiter, FL.

This PRN role offers flexible scheduling, treatment in one location, clinical autonomy with team support, and competitive compensation.

You will implement interventions, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices.
