Sobe Innovative Rehab in Melbourne, FL is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for outpatient geriatric care in an assisted living community.

This PRN role offers flexible assignments, clinical autonomy with support from an interdisciplinary team, and the opportunity to maintain independence while delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities include delivering plan-of-care interventions, documentation, and coordination with physicians and families.

Competenze

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).
