Job summary

Sobe Innovative Rehab in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a compassionate licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide outpatient therapy in an assisted living community. This PRN role supports geriatric clients to preserve independence and quality of life through skilled OT services.

You will collaborate with physicians and the care team, maintain accurate documentation, and choose assignments that fit your schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Active Florida COTA license.
• Two years of clinical experience preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled occupational therapy treatments under the plan of care.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional independence.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Provide any necessary treatment equipment or devices.
