Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Texas is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive OT services in skilled nursing facilities. You will assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, discharge planning, and collaborate with facilities to ensure high-quality care in line with state and federal guidelines.

You will supervise COTAs and rehab aides, promote best practices, and contribute to program development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• NBCOT certification and state license where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the functionality and skills of patients through occupational therapy services.
• Provide supervision to COTAs.
• Directly supervise COTAs and Rehab Techs in skilled tasks to promote efficient and effective resource use.
• Build and enhance the occupational therapy program.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and uphold professional conduct.
