Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered therapy to adults and geriatric patients. You’ll focus on independence, safety, and quality of life while collaborating with care teams in a supportive clinical setting.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, consistent outcomes, and opportunities for mentorship and professional growth within a therapist-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes and continuity of care.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans as needed.
