Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered therapy to adult and geriatric populations. You will work to improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications include an OT license in the state of practice and graduation from an accredited program, with interest in geriatric rehab. TMC emphasizes clinical autonomy, mentorship, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehab.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence and safety.
• Deliver OT services including ADL training and mobility enhancement.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, grooming and meal preparation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
