Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients through compassionate, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical setting. You will evaluate patients and develop plans to improve independence, mobility, safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program.
• Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation.
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support outcomes.
• Track patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
