Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is looking for an Occupational Therapist to empower adult and geriatric patients with compassionate, patient-centered care. You will assess and treat individuals to improve independence, mobility, safety, and quality of life in a collaborative clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed OT with eligibility in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Deliver care through therapeutic activities, ADL training, and adaptive techniques.
• Help patients improve daily tasks such as dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes.
• Track patient progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and adapt treatment plans based on patient needs.
