Job summary

Therapy Management Corporation (TMC) is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide patient-centered therapy for adults and the geriatric population. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized care plans, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to improve independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
• Interest or experience in skilled nursing, long-term care or geriatric rehabilitation
• Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized care plans focused on functional independence, safety, and quality of life
• Deliver therapy through ADL training and adaptive techniques
• Support patients in daily tasks like dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and strong patient outcomes
